11月1日よりワクチン接種済みの日本からの旅行者はタイに隔離無しで入国ができるようになりますが、条件の一つとして最低一泊分の宿泊施設の事前予約が必須です。
タイ到着後にPCR検査を受け結果が判明するまではホテル内に留まる必要があるためで、タイ政府が定める安全基準認定(SHA+)を取得済み又は代替検疫施設(AQ)として登録されている宿泊施設の中から選ばなければなりません。
SHA+ホテルについてはthailandsha.comから検索可能。バンコクのホテルについても徐々に掲載されるようになっています。なお、対象となるのは「SHA」ではなく、より基準の厳しい「SHA+」（SHAプラス）の宿泊施設だけなのでご注意下さい。エリア別のSHA+ホテルリスト一覧は以下よりどうぞ（順次追加される予定）。

次にAQホテルですが、タイ保健省が公表しているデータによると現在バンコク首都圏には全部で149軒。バンコク郊外のホテルもあるものの、日本人旅行者に人気が高いスクンビットやシーロムなどのホテルも多くSHA+ホテルと重複してるケースも。
